CancerCura Terms of Service

I. General Provisions

  1. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you”) and CancerCura (the “Site,” https://www.cancercura.com) governing your use of the services offered on the Site.
  2. By registering, browsing, or using the Site’s services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms in full, including any future amendments. If you do not agree, you must not use any of the Site’s services.
  3. The Site may amend these Terms as needed for its operations. Amended terms will be published by notice on the Site and take effect upon publication. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

II. Services and Use

  1. The Site’s core services include, without limitation: application for personalised Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) cancer recovery plans (generated by AI from your health questionnaire, including a TCM treatment plan and baseline health score); daily recovery check-ins and tracking of health/recovery energy; emotional support (daily music and video recommendations); and access to success stories and “Fight Cancer Together” and other recovery-related content.
  2. When applying for a personalised TCM plan, you must provide true, complete, and accurate health information as required by the form (including cancer type, disease course, and treatment history). You are solely responsible for any bias in the generated plan or other risks arising from false, inaccurate, or incomplete information.
  3. TCM treatment plans and health advice generated by the Site are for supportive recovery reference only and do not replace diagnosis or treatment by qualified healthcare providers. You should consult a qualified TCM or Western medical practitioner before following any plan and adhere to their advice.
  4. Daily check-in and health/recovery energy data are for your personal reference only. The Site makes no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or correlation of such data with your actual recovery.
  5. Music, videos, and other content in the emotional support section are intended to ease psychological stress and do not constitute psychological or psychiatric treatment. If you have serious emotional or mental health concerns, you should seek help from a qualified mental health professional.
  6. You may use the Site’s content (information, cases, plans, etc.) only for personal recovery reference. You must not use it for commercial, profit-making, or any unlawful purpose.

III. Your Rights and Obligations

  1. You have the right to use the Site’s services in accordance with these Terms. If you disagree with any service content, you may provide feedback via the designated email.
  2. You must keep your account credentials (if any) secure and are responsible for any loss resulting from disclosure or misuse of your account.
  3. You must not use the Site to publish or distribute any illegal, fraudulent, or infringing content (including intellectual property or privacy), or to disrupt the Site, alter data, or misuse its functions.
  4. You must respect the lawful rights of the Site and other users. In interactive areas such as “Fight Cancer Together,” you must comply with public order and good morals and communicate civilly, without malicious attacks or defamation.

IV. Privacy

  1. The Site takes your privacy seriously and will collect, use, and store your personal information (including health and account information) in accordance with applicable law and the Privacy Policy (if any).
  2. Your information will be used only as necessary to provide the services. The Site will not disclose, sell, or share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
  3. You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information through the Site’s instructions or by contacting support.

V. Disclaimer

  1. All services and content on the Site (including TCM plans, information, and cases) are based on publicly available information and general industry knowledge. The Site makes no express or implied warranty as to their accuracy, effectiveness, or suitability.
  2. Cancer treatment and recovery vary by individual. The Site does not guarantee that TCM plans will achieve any particular outcome. The Site is not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from your use of its services.
  3. The Site provides supportive recovery services only and does not replace professional medical diagnosis or treatment. The Site is not liable if you disregard professional medical advice and your condition worsens or is delayed as a result of using the Site’s plans.
  4. The Site is not liable for service interruption or unavailability due to force majeure, network failure, technical issues, or other factors beyond its control, but will use reasonable efforts to restore service promptly.

VI. Changes, Suspension, and Termination of Services

  1. The Site may change, suspend, or discontinue services in whole or in part and will give you advance notice by announcement on the Site where practicable.
  2. If you breach these Terms, the Site may suspend or terminate your access without liability to you.
