CancerCura Payment and Refund Terms

I. General Provisions

  1. These terms apply to all users of services related to the CancerCura website (https://www.cancercura.com), including payment in connection with free services and the full lifecycle of paid value-added services.
  2. By applying for a service, completing a payment, or submitting a refund request through the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms in full and accept them voluntarily.
  3. The Site reserves the right to amend these terms for business reasons. Amendments will be published by notice on the Site and take effect 7 days after the date of publication. Your continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

II. Payment Terms

Scope of Payment

  1. Free services: No charge applies for basic services such as applying for a personalised TCM cancer recovery plan, daily recovery check-ins, emotional support (music/video recommendations), and browsing recovery-related content.
  2. Paid services: These include, without limitation, custom TCM herb sets, in-depth TCM consultations of 15 minutes or more, advanced recovery guidance, and physical recovery aids. Specific items and pricing are as shown on the Site.

Payment Methods

  1. The Site supports mainstream online payment channels (e.g. credit card, debit card, third-party payment platforms). You must complete the transaction using a compliant payment method as indicated on the payment page.
  2. Upon successful payment, the system will generate a payment record immediately. You may view your transaction history in your account centre.

Payment Security and Liability

  1. The Site uses encryption to protect payment information and collects only data necessary for payment, in compliance with applicable data protection rules; it does not disclose your payment-related privacy.
  2. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and payment records. The Site is not liable for payment losses caused by account takeover, password disclosure, or other causes not attributable to the Site. You must notify the Site without delay via the contact email if you notice any account irregularity.

Price Changes

  1. Price changes for paid services will be announced on the Site at least 15 days in advance. The previous price applies during the notice period; the new price applies after the notice period ends.
  2. For paid services already purchased on a recurring basis, the new price does not affect the current billing period; the latest price applies from the next renewal.

III. Refund Terms

When Refunds May Be Requested

  1. Paid service unused: If you have paid for a service but have not actually received it (e.g. no in-depth consultation booked, custom herb set not received), you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase.
  2. Service not as described: If the paid service does not meet the standard described on the Site, you may request a full refund after verification.
  3. Change in your health: If you are unable to continue using a paid service due to a newly diagnosed serious condition, a sharp change in your condition, or similar circumstances, you may request a refund with supporting medical documentation; the refund will be proportional to the unused portion of the service.
  4. Physical product issues: If a physical product such as a TCM herb set has a quality defect, damaged packaging, or does not match the order, you must provide evidence within 7 days of receipt. After verification, you may choose a refund or replacement.

Refund Request Process

  1. You must submit your refund request to the official contact email ([email protected]), including your name, order number, payment record, reason for refund, and any supporting documents (e.g. medical certificate, photos of the product issue).
  2. The Site will complete its review within 5 working days of receipt and will inform you of the result by email. If the request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–15 working days.
  3. If your application is incomplete, the Site will ask you to supply the missing information; the time taken to provide it is not counted toward the review period.

When Refunds Do Not Apply

  1. Free services: Free services such as the personalised TCM plan, check-in features, and emotional support content are not subject to refund, as they are provided at no charge.
  2. Paid services already used: No refund is available once the in-depth consultation has been completed, the custom herb set has been opened/used, or the core content of the recovery guidance has been delivered.
  3. Physical products (non-quality issues): Refunds are not granted where you request a refund for personal reasons (e.g. dislike of herb scent, change of needs) and the product has been opened or is no longer fit for resale.
  4. Outside refund window: If you do not submit your refund request within the periods specified in these terms, your right to a refund is deemed waived.

Refund Amount and Timing

  1. Full refund: Where you qualify under items 1, 2, or 4 of “When Refunds May Be Requested” and your application is complete, the full amount paid will be refunded.
  2. Partial refund: Where you qualify under item 3 of “When Refunds May Be Requested”, the refund will be proportional to the unused part of the service (by time or progress).
  3. Time to receive the refund depends on the payment provider’s processing; the Site is not liable for delays caused by the payment channel.

IV. Other Provisions

  1. Disputes: Any dispute between you and the Site regarding payment or refund should first be resolved by negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may bring proceedings in a court of competent jurisdiction where the Site operator is located.
  2. Interpretation: The Site has the final right to interpret these terms. In the event of conflict with applicable law, the law prevails.
  3. Contact: If you have questions about payment or refunds, you may contact us at the official email ([email protected]); we will respond within 3 working days.
